These terms apply to theghoulishgarb.com (the "Store") and to Terror Tarot: Hermit's Lantern (the "App"), both run by The Ghoulish Garb LLC. By using either, you agree to them.

1. Who may use them. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. What the App is. The App is for reflection and entertainment. Readings are not predictions and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that need a professional.

3. Premium. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play at the price shown when you buy. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before renewal. A free trial, if offered, becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Reading allowances (Free and Premium) are set out in the App and may change; unused readings do not carry over.

4. Store orders. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit or refuse an order. Colours on screen may differ from the product. Returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Our content. The card art, the Original Edition and the Shadow Edition, our renditions of the characters, the written content, the Store and the App belong to The Ghoulish Garb and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The underlying characters are in the public domain; our depictions of them are not. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or train any model on our artwork or content.

6. Your content. Your journal and notes are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, back up and display them to you, to prepare your readings and, while Settings › Your Account › Help improve readings is on, to review saved readings with your name, email and account removed so we can improve the App and its readings. In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is off unless you turn it on.

7. Acceptable use. Do not break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the App or the Store; do not use them unlawfully or to harass anyone; do not present readings as professional advice. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Changes and availability. We may change, suspend or end any part of the App or the Store. We may update these terms; the date above will change, and material changes to the App will be announced in it. Continuing to use them means you accept the update.

9. Disclaimers and liability. The App and the Store are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Orange County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

11. App Store terms. If you got the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
