Common questions

Subscriptions. Premium is billed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change your plan, open your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. To restore Premium on a new phone, sign in to the same account and tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.

Readings. Free accounts get one in-depth reading every 30 days; Premium gets up to 10 a day and over 100 a month. Readings are for reflection and entertainment, not predictions or professional advice. To report a reading, go to Settings › Help › More › Report a reading.

Your journal. Sign in and your journal is backed up to your account, so it follows you to your next phone.

Deleting your account. In the app: Settings › Your Account › Delete Account. Without the app: see Delete your account.
