01About the store and these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of theghoulishgarb.com and purchases from The Ghoulish Garb. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating the store. Shopify provides our commerce platform; your purchase of our products is with us.
Review the applicable product description, checkout information, Shipping & Returns, and Privacy Policy before purchasing. If anything is unclear, contact us. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
02Using the website
Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter the transaction or act with the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian.
Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious code, infringement, or interference with other customers. If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and notify us of suspected misuse. We may restrict access to address misuse, subject to applicable law and any obligations on existing orders.
03Products and availability
The collection includes Terror Tarot decks, art and merchandise, and digital products identified in their listings. Original and Shadow Editions are distinct versions; review the edition and selected options before ordering. A Terror Tarot deck contains 23 cards, with The World presented in two versions.
Listing descriptions identify the included items. Props shown in photographs are not included unless stated. Screen settings can affect perceived colors, but products must still conform to their descriptions and any applicable guarantees. Limited collections and variants may sell out; an exact replacement may not always be available.
04Prices, checkout and order acceptance
Review the selected items, currency, delivery charges, and taxes shown at checkout before submitting an order. Discount conditions, where applicable, are stated with the offer. A promotion does not apply retrospectively unless its terms say otherwise.
Under our order process, an automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or supply the digital product. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or a material error affects the order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected payment as appropriate under applicable law. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.
05Delivery, changes and returns
The shipping and return terms presented when you order apply to that purchase. Please check the delivery address and contact us promptly about changes, cancellations, late parcels, or damaged or incorrect items. Do not send a return to an address taken from a parcel without first checking the return instructions.
Transit estimates are distinct from preparation time. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery arrangement, we will communicate available options and provide any remedy required by law. Refund, cancellation, and withdrawal rights required by law take precedence over a store restriction.
06Digital products
Digital products, such as phone wallpapers and digital guides, are supplied electronically rather than shipped. Check the listing for the file type, contents, and any compatibility information. Contact us if a promised file is missing, inaccessible, or faulty.
Unless a separate license says otherwise, a digital purchase grants personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload the files for others to download. Exceptions permitted by law remain available.
Any restriction on cancellation or return rights for immediately supplied digital content must be disclosed and supported by the consent or acknowledgment required by applicable law. Downloading alone is not treated here as a blanket waiver of statutory rights.
07Artwork and intellectual property
Our artwork, branding, product photographs, written content, and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Buying a physical item transfers that item, not reproduction or commercial licensing rights in its design. Contact us for permission to use protected material beyond what the law permits.
08Reviews and messages
Only submit content you are entitled to share. Reviews and messages should be accurate, relevant, and free of unlawful or abusive material. A public review may be displayed with the name or attribution submitted for that purpose. Sending a private support message does not grant permission to publish it as a testimonial.
09Third-party services and website availability
Checkout, payment, delivery, and linked third-party services may have their own applicable terms. We do not control every third-party website or service, but this does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
We aim to keep store information accurate and the website available. Maintenance, technical faults, or events outside reasonable control can interrupt access. We may correct information, but changes do not retrospectively take away rights attached to a completed purchase.
10Product use and responsibility
Terror Tarot artwork, guides, and related interpretive content are offered for enjoyment, learning, and reflection. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or statutory warranties and remedies. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not include a compulsory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver.
11Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact us first about an order or website problem so we have an opportunity to help. This does not prevent you from using an available statutory complaint process or bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms for future use and purchases. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
