Delete your Terror Tarot: Hermit's Lantern account
The companion app by The Ghoulish Garb LLC.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
Open the app → Settings (menu) → Your account → Delete account. Confirm with your password, or with Google if you signed in with Google. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)
Email support@theghoulishgarb.com from the email address on your account, with the subject 'Delete my Terror Tarot: Hermit's Lantern account'. We may reply once to confirm it's you. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything stored with it: your email address, your name (if you gave one) and how you sign in (password or Google).
What is not deleted
Journal entries and notes are saved only on your phone, not on our servers. They stay on your phone until you delete the app or clear its storage. Emails you sent to our support address may be kept in our inbox.
