We know that purchasing apparel online can be stressful. That's why we strive to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service at email@example.com, and we will take care of the rest.
- Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Unless damaged or defective, products on sale cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Items that arrived damaged will be covered at our expense.
- Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
- We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
DAMAGES, MISPRINTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We do our absolute best to deliver a shirt and print that you can be proud to wear. However, mistakes can happen. If the item you received is damaged or you received an item you did not order, please be sure to contact us within a week of your product's arrival date.
For damages, please try to include a clear description with pictures as this will help our customer service team expedite the exchange process. If you received an item you did not order, be sure to note the product you expected to receive.
Return shipping will be covered at our expense.
If you would like a size-exchange for a product you received, please contact us within a week of your product's arrival date. If you have a sizing issue we will offer a one-time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. On large orders we do not offer size replacements on more than 2 items in the order. Follow the steps near the bottom of this page in order to submit an exchange request. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Processing times can vary depending on where you live.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product, use our outlined steps below. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, verified, and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
If it has been longer than two weeks and you still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us.
STEPS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Your order number.
- The product name and quantity.
- Note whether you are submitting a return or an exchange.
- Your reason and/or description for your return or exchange.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
2. One of our customer representatives will contact you with a return address and other directions if it applies.
3. Send us the items in either the original package or a similar package.
4. Affix a return label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
5. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
